FlatZ is offered to residential communities, builders, and RWAs as a subscription-style platform. Pricing is typically based on factors such as the number of units or households, selected features (security, billing, amenities, analytics, etc.), and implementation support.
How pricing works
- Community scale — Larger communities may use tiered plans aligned with unit count or active users.
- Modules — Core bundles and optional add-ons can be combined to match your operating model.
- Commercial terms — Annual or multi-year agreements may be available; taxes and statutory charges apply as applicable.
Societies & RWAs
Plans designed for post-possession operations: residents, visitors, complaints, maintenance, and amenities.
Builders & pre-possession
Engagement and tracking for under-construction phases; scoped separately from live society operations where needed.
Custom quote
We do not list fixed public rates for all configurations because each community’s needs differ. Share your city, approximate unit count, and must-have features—we will respond with a clear proposal.
Payments
Where payments are collected online, they are processed through authorised payment partners. You will see applicable taxes, invoice details, and terms at the time of payment or in your agreement.
